Senior Technology Recruiter Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Commission Location : Our offices are in Aldgate, London. The Role We’re hiring two Technology Recruiters to support Cloudscaler’s growth and help shape the AWS and emerging AI teams driving cloud transformation for major public and private sector clients. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a scaling technology consultancy, working alongside our Head of Talent to attract and hire exceptional AWS and cloud technology professionals who will drive our continued success. In this commission-based role, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring across AWS engineering, architecture, and related technical positions. You’ll partner closely with technical leaders, run multiple requisitions at pace, and have the freedom to innovate, experimenting with new sourcing techniques, automation tools, and ways to strengthen our talent strategy.
