New Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (Home-based with 1 day/week in-office) Package: Up to £90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
The Role
As a New Business Development Manager for a leading Global IT Service Provider, you will be at the forefront of driving digital evolution. This is a \"Hunter\" role focused on securing new logos within the Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors across multiple verticals.
You won't just be selling products; you will be delivering innovation. You will consult with C-suite stakeholders to align complex IT solutions—including Cloud, Cyber, and Managed Network & Security—with their core business imperatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Growth: Develop and execute detailed account plans and \"vision-to-revenue\" roadmaps for new enterprise prospects.
* Relationship Excellence: Build and maintain high-level, credible relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
* Digital Transformation: Lead high-level discussions regarding Digital Transformation, Cloud adoption, and Cybersecurity posture.
* Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert by providing feedback on emerging market trends and competitor activity.
* Pipeline Management: Consistently generate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast.
About You

Requirements:
* Experience: 3–7 years of proven success in IT Sales or Business Development (specifically targeting New Logo/Hunter wins).
* Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Global IT landscape and managed services.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Sales Acumen: Superior negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
* Soft Skills: A confident, decisive team player with a flexible approach and a relentless drive to succeed.
* Languages: Multi-lingual skills are a distinct advantage but not essential.
