Your key responsibilities include:
7. You are the first point of contact for our guests and handle individual guest reservations.
8. You independently manage general correspondence within the reservations department.
9. You prepare offers and booking confirmations for individual reservations.
10. As an organizational talent, you ensure smooth coordination and processes.
11. Thanks to your expertise, you know how to handle guest complaints and find solutions – you've learned that even negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude.

13. You stay calm and focused, even in stressful situations.
14. You enjoy advising our national and international guests over the phone, with a professional and polished manner.
15. Your communicative personality sets you apart, and you feel confident speaking in English – any additional language is a plus.
16. Ideally, you already have some experience working with the hotel software Opera.

Education: High school diploma or. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
