Business Support Administrator
We are working on behalf of a leading financial planning organisation who require a Business Support Administrator to join their team in Glengormley on a permanent basis.
The Business Support Administrator will work alongside the Directors of the organisation.
Your new role as a Business Support Administrator
1. Implementing and maintaining efficient office systems and procedures
2. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
3. Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4. Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials.
5. Conducting research, collecting and analysing data to prepare reports and documents.
6. Commercial reporting
7. Arranging travel plans, manage calls, coordinate meetings, and handle general queries.
8. Preparing packs, presentations, and agendas for key meetings and events.
9. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Acting as an ambassador for the wider business
11. Undertaking tasks as required, such as managing stationary ordering etc
12. Assisting with the management of website content
13. Responsible for Social Media channels
14. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
15. Promote the wellbeing of staff through various initiatives
What you'll need to succeed as a Business Support Administrator
16. At least 2 years' working in a similar role.
17. Experience of using MS Office including Microsoft Excel
18. Experience of collating reports and preparing presentations at senior level
