This one is different.

Crem Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, growing business based just outside Bury St Edmunds, looking to appoint a B2B Sales Executive to join their expanding team. The company operates within the technology and communications space, delivering modern, subscription-based solutions to businesses across the region.

They are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for someone who wants to contribute to that journey, not just hit a number and move on.

This is a hybrid role with autonomy built in. Tuesdays are office-based for collaboration and planning. The rest of the week is split between home working, prospecting and meeting clients across East Anglia. You will manage your own diary, own your territory and take responsibility for building your pipeline.

There is some inbound and existing account work, but the focus is on proactive business development. You will be expected to open doors, present confidently at the decision maker level and manage the full sales cycle through to close and ongoing account growth.

The commission structure is uncapped and profit-based, with realistic first-year earnings uplift of £8,000 to £10,000 on top of basic salary. Targets are structured to support new starters, with clear progression as your pipeline builds.

This is a role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, understands the discipline of pipeline management and wants to develop within a stable, supportive environment.

Role Overview
• Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking and events
• Build and manage a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings and presentations at the decision-maker level
• Prepare and present quotations aligned to budgets and company margins
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Update and manage CRM systems and supplier portals
• Work within a hybrid model, with Tuesday office collaboration

Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales or a willingness to gain experience here
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated with strong outbound activity levels
• Organised and structured in managing multiple opportunities
• Professional approach and long-term career mindset
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

What Is On Offer
• Basic salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission with realistic year one OTE uplift of £8,000 to £10,000
