Job Description
The Opportunity
W1M is looking for its first dedicated Reward Manager to help shape and build the next phase of our reward strategy as the business continues to evolve and grow.

About the Role
The Reward Manager will be responsible for supporting and developing W1M’s reward framework across compensation, benefits, remuneration governance and reward operations.
This role combines strategic input with operational delivery and will require someone who is comfortable moving between high-level reward design and detailed execution.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
