Job Title: Operator Recruiter
Salary: Up to £33,000 base salary
A national organisation is hiring an Operator Recruiter to support the recruitment and deployment of skilled Plant Operators across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction processes
* Maintain accurate data within internal systems
* Handle confidential information in line with GDPR
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with site personnel
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Support workforce planning to meet project demands
* Liaise with managers and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations
* Proactively resolve operational issues
