At SA Operations we ensure a friendly, customer‑oriented service and guarantee the ideal match between client requirements and candidate within the maritime, offshore and energy industries.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>You are responsible for your clients from A to Z: from cold acquisition / recruitment to negotiating terms of cooperation and finding out the need.</li><li>Thanks to your skills, youll conclude contracts between the client and the candidate.</li><li>You are also responsible for the other side of your business: sourcing candidates. We have different ways of finding candidates and you use them to attract the best talent on the market.</li><li>Prospecting and negotiating are strong parts of the job.</li><li>After this, the aim is to connect these two pools, find the best match and thus realise placements.</li><li>You will actively contribute to the growth of our network and LinkedIn page.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><p>In addition to having a solid resource/recruitment experience, at least a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, or a bachelor’s degree.</p><ul><li>You are an enthusiastic person, positive and joyful.</li><li>You are trustworthy and reliable, able to create solid connections based on mutual respect. You are committed, ambitious, and with a strong desire to make things happen.</li><li>You are driven, independent, and able to look at solutions out of the box.</li><li>You are not afraid of challenges.</li><li>You are at ease with multitasking and working in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>You speak perfect English and Dutch.
