Job role: Head of Estates
Location: Mrifield (with some travel required across South & West Yorkshire)
Hours: Full-time (37hrs)
Salary: £53,000/pa

We are now seeking an experienced Head of Estates to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the Trust’s estate, encompassing maintenance, refurbishment, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. As a valued member of our Senior Management Team you will also be asked to provide strategic and operational leadership of all Hollybank Trust premises and estates-related services. This includes maintenance, compliance, cleaning, catering, and health & safety across a diverse estate portfolio (residential care, school, hydrotherapy, day services). The role ensures safe, compliant, sustainable, and high-quality environments aligned with the Trust’s mission.
