Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell, cross-sell Support and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order Keep customer data up to date in a CRM Work with Marketing to share promotional materials and campaigns Cover and support regional sales teams as needed Share insights and opportunities with the wider sales team to drive growth The ideal candidate will have a strong telephone presence and the ability to multi-task, high attention to details, and the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
