HR Administrator – Offshore Construction Industry Kingston upon Thames | £18 per hour (PAYE) | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Ceto Talent are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a leading organisation in the offshore construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who is looking to further develop their skills within a busy, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare contracts of employment and supporting documents for new starters and agency workers * Coordinate onboarding activities including medicals, reference checks, and induction arrangements * Maintain accurate electronic and paper employee records, ensuring compliance with procedures * Support HR processes including contract amendments, terminations, and maternity risk assessments * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team * Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely communication and updates What We’re Looking For: * Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role (essential) * Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee records management * Experience within the offshore construction, energy, or engineering industry * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * CIPD qualification (studying or completed) would be advantageous The Package: * £18 per hour (PAYE) * 37.5 hours per week * Hybrid working: 3 days in Kingston office / 2 days from home This role offers the chance to gain valuable exposure in a global, fast-paced industry and to grow within a dedicated HR function.
