Main purpose of role: To support the business with a primary focus on Colleague Relations & Wellbeing, Acquisitions and Reporting within a fast growing business.
Hours: Monday-Friday
Location: Teddington, TW11, Greater London
Salary: £45,000-£65,000 DOE
OFFICE BASED ONLY, NO HYBRID OR REMOTE WORKING
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee (colleague) relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
• Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
• Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
• Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.
• Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.
• Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
• Implement new colleague benefits platform.
• Drafting people policies and updating Colleague Handbook.
• Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.
• Sickness and absence management.
• Maternity management.
• Advice and notetaking for colleague relations meetings.
• Support the team as and when needed.
Requirements:
CIPD qualified or significant on-the-job experience.
Previous experience in HR team at Senior Advisor level or above.
Multi-site/fast paced environment.
Up to date knowledge of employment law.
Happy to travel around Greater London as required.

Excellent Excel and HRIS skills.
Numerate.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Flexible and happy to assist greater team.
