Administrative Support Officer

Our client, a leading professional services firm in Belfast, is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join the business on a full time/permanent basis. This newly created role and will focus on providing essential administrative support to a key department that is growing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, post) and handle routine queries
* Assist senior management team members with administrative requests
* Coordinate event logistics, including booking venues, managing registrations and preparing materials
* Support both in-person and online events, including tech set-up and post-event follow up
* Maintain accurate records and internal databases
* Assist in maintaining and updating digital learning resources
Essential:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and accurately
* Personable and professional approach
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Solution orientated approach to problem solving
* Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom and Teams
