Responsibilities
1. Candidate is responsible in supporting various HR operations including:
2. Handle recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires.
3. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters.
4. Handle payroll runs and other payroll related administration.
5. Handle leave and other leave related administration.
6. Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system.
7. Support annual performance appraisal exercise and handle appraisal related queries.
8. Able to help out in other operations issues.
9. Responsible for meeting KPIs.
10. Address employees’ issues promptly.
11. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
Job Requirements
* Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.
* Strong knowledge of statutory regulations (e.g. CPF, IRAS).
* Excellent communication skills, with a service-oriented approach.
* High attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
* Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR tasks effectively.
