We are hiring for our client, a leading construction and modular building contractor, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee major commercial and residential projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable travelling regularly throughout the UK.
The successful Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will:
* Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to project completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
* Oversee all phases of construction including RC frame, steel frame, roofing, fit-out and M&E works
* Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
* Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
* Maintain health & safety standards and site documentation
* Drive productivity and resolve site issues effectively
The Person
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you should have:
* 5-10 years' experience as a Site Manager within a main contractor
* Experience delivering large commercial / retail projects
* SMSTS certification and valid CSR Card
* Strong knowledge of construction processes from groundworks to fit-out
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Flexibility to travel throughout the UK on a weekly basis
