Employment Law -Managing Associate – London
An elite international law firm is seeking an exceptional Employment lawyer to join its highly regarded London Employment & Incentives practice as a Managing Associate.
You’ll work on a broad mix of high-profile, strategic and complex mandates, including:
* Private and public M&A
* Private equity transactions
* Reorganisations and restructurings
* Corporate advisory matters
* High-stakes employment litigation
* Strategic people and culture projects – workplace investigations, senior appointments and exits, and conduct issues
This role offers the chance to collaborate with some of the most entrepreneurial and commercially attuned employment lawyers in the market, acting for blue-chip and FTSE-listed clients on matters that often make the headlines—or are too confidential to.
What we’re looking for
1. 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience (more senior candidates will also be considered)
2. A strong foundation in employment law with some transactional experience and a genuine appetite to build this area of your practice
3. Proven ability to manage complex matters, develop client relationships, and support junior colleagues
