We're working with a leading global consultancy, known for delivering complex digital and data transformation programmes across industries including financial services, telecoms, energy, and public sector. They're seeking a Lead Enterprise Data Architect to join their growing Data & Intelligence practice.
The Role
This is a senior, client-facing role focused on shaping and delivering enterprise-level data architecture strategies. You'll define end-to-end data architectures, operating models, and governance frameworks, while advising clients on how data underpins broader business and technology transformation.
As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, support pre-sales and sales efforts, and lead cross-functional architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities Define and deliver enterprise data architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
Lead data architecture engagements across multiple sectors.
Support go-to-market propositions and sales activities.
Manage, mentor, and guide teams across onshore/offshore delivery.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between data, tech, and business architecture.
What We're Looking For Deep experience delivering enterprise-level data architecture in large, complex organisations.
Strong consulting background with pre-sales and client engagement experience.
Proven leadership in managing and developing architecture teams.
Expertise in data modelling, governance frameworks, and architecture tooling (e.g., Erwin, sParx, Archi).
Confident engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
