Join Our People Team as an HR Manager!
We have an exciting opportunity to lead our People Team, based at our Head Office in Paisley, next to Glasgow Airport. As HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate HR services while contributing to the growth of our award-winning Commercial Cleaning & Facilities Management business.
If you're passionate about HR, eager to have your voice heard, and looking for an opportunity to elevate your career, we would love to hear from you! In this leadership role, you will drive the HR function, embed our core values — Be Creative, Be Proud, Grow Together, and Care About the Detail — into everything we do, and lead our HR support team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your HR experience across a wide variety of generalist tasks, strengthening your expertise in employment law, HR operations, and employee relations while actively helping to build a values-driven, people-first culture.
As HR Manager, you will be a leader within our People Team, which includes managing x1 member of the HR team (the Senior HR Administrator) and take responsibility for delivering strategic initiatives aligned with our new 5-Year Business Strategy (launched December 2024), as well as supporting ongoing HR operations.

* Cultural Leadership: Actively champion our core values across the business, helping embed them in decision-making, employee engagement, and operational practices.
* Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment law across all policies, procedures, and operational decisions, balancing legal requirements with commercial needs and our people-first approach.
* HR Administration Oversight: Oversee contract preparation, HR system maintenance, and general HR admin tasks. Ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding processes and provide support to the Senior HR Administrator as needed.
* Absence Management: Work with operations teams to monitor and manage employee absences, maintain regular communication, and produce insightful reporting for leadership.
* Recruitment: Lead recruitment processes from advertising to onboarding, ensuring compliance and consistency while supporting campaigns and talent pipeline development.
* Payroll Support: Support the Payroll Team with queries, HR system updates, and provide cover where required.
* Employee Records: Ensure GDPR-compliant employee records are maintained accurately, and lead on HR audits and data updates. Ensuring full compliance on all UK-right to work checks.
* Employee Relations: Manage and support employee relations cases, working with our Employment Law advisors as needed. Provide admin support for investigations and hearings, and lead proceedings where appropriate.
