Job Description
* The role involves development, configuration, and automation of reconciliation processes using the SmartStream TLM platform.
* The candidate will work on enhancing and maintaining reconciliation solutions, ensuring efficient financial data processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and configure solutions using the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including: TLM Control, TLM SmartStudio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View, Management Information (MI) Design, build, test, and implement TLM solutions in collaboration with business users and project stakeholders.
* Perform end‑to‑end solution configuration and implementation for reconciliation processes.
* Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
* Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT); develop test cases, test design artifacts, and ensure quality delivery.
* Manage configuration/code versioning and maintain development and testing environments.
* Support application upgrades, enhancements, and bug‑fixing activities.
* Follow delivery governance frameworks and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience
* 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with SmartStream TLM (version 2.4, 3.0, or higher).
* Strong experience with SmartStream TLM modules: TLM Control, SmartStudio, Recon Admin, TLM View, MI; solid understanding of solution configuration and implementation using front‑end tools and database‑level updates.
* Proficiency in at least one database: Oracle / Sybase / SQL Server.
* Working knowledge of at least two operating systems: Windows, Unix, Linux.
* Experience in unit testing, SIT, and UAT; strong skills in test case creation and test design.
* Experience in configuration/code management and environment maintenance.
Additional Skills
* Experience in application upgrades and bug‑fixing; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in financial reconciliation systems.
* Exposure to automation in reconciliation processes.
* Knowledge of banking or financial services domain.
