We are looking for a recruiter to support the recruitment manager through a period of international growth.
This is a temporary role initially for 3-6 months and could be extended for the right individual. You will be a recruiter with a high technical quotation, an individual who has experience recruiting highly technical roles in the areas of Software Engineering and Scientific Research. An interest in advancing and new technologies is a must! Your position will involve supporting teams who build industry-leading Quantum computers and software. You will gain incredible experience and support in recruiting many vital and interesting positions!

Need to have:
* Recruiting Experience: Min of 1-2 years background recruiting for dynamic companies, particularly in the tech/scientific sector
* Passion for Sourcing: Finding top niche talent is your specialty, and you take pride in uncovering exceptional candidates through innovative strategies. Must have previous LinkedIn recruiter experience.
* Empathetic Approach: With genuine respect for candidates’ needs and priorities, you navigate the recruitment process with empathy and adaptability.
* Stakeholder Engagement Skills: You excel at tailoring your approach to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, each with their own unique requirements.
* Talent Assessment Expertise: You have an instinct for identifying the right skills in candidates without solely relying on past job titles or qualifications.
* Coordination: You will be coordinating multiple interviews across very different roles and possibly in different countries.
* Location: Due to the temporary nature of this role, you must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
Nice to have:
* Startup Recruitment Experience: Your background includes in-house recruiting at a start-up or scale-up environment, providing insight into fast-paced hiring.
* Collaboration with Senior Leaders: You’ve successfully partnered with senior stakeholders.
* Education: A degree or M.Sc. in a STEM subject.
* Availability: Ability to start this position very quickly.
