About Web Design & Print

Web Design & Print (WD&P) is a fast-growing full-service digital agency based at Corespace in Kilwinning, Ayrshire. We deliver web design, branding, print, performance advertising (Google Ads & Meta), and lead generation solutions for ambitious businesses across Scotland and beyond.

In our first year of trading we’re approaching six figures in turnover, and we’re only getting started. As Official Digital Partner of Kilwinning Rangers FC and with a growing client base spanning hospitality, trades, professional services, and e-commerce, this is a genuinely exciting time to join the team.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Lead Generation & Sales Executive to help us grow. You’ll be responsible for building a healthy pipeline of new business, from both outbound prospecting and converting warm inbound enquiries, and working with the director to close deals.

This isn’t a call-centre role. You’ll need to understand what we do, speak confidently about digital marketing and web services, and have the persistence to keep the funnel moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
* Following up on inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
* Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls or meetings for the director
* Managing your own pipeline using our CRM (Zoho)
* Supporting proposal activity, preparing materials, case studies, and pricing documents
* Hitting weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, meetings booked, proposals issued)
* Representing WD&P at local networking events and business groups where relevant
* Feeding back market intelligence to help shape our service offering

What We’re Looking For

Essential

* Previous experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or business development role
* Confident, clear communicator, on the phone, over email, and face to face
* Organised and self-motivated, able to manage your own workload without being micromanaged
* Comfortable with rejection and persistent without being pushy
* Genuine interest in digital marketing, web, or tech services
* CRM or pipeline management experience (any platform)

Desirable

* Experience selling digital marketing, web design, or creative services
* Existing network of SME contacts in Ayrshire or Central Scotland
* Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta advertising, or SEO concepts
* Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools

What You’ll Get

* Competitive base salary of £25,000–£28,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission on every client you bring on, the more you sell, the more you earn
