Join our High-Energy Sales Team in Telford!

Roles Available:

Sales Executive – Lead Generator

£27,500 P.A + Uncapped Commission

Guaranteed Commission for first 3 months (tracking £31,000 P.A)

Realistic OTE: £45,000+

Sales Executive – Closer

£30,000 P.A + Uncapped Commission

Guaranteed Commission for first 3 months (tracking £38,000 P.A)

Realistic OTE: £65,000+

Hours:
Mon – Thur: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Fri: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Key responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify their telecoms requirements and create business solutions

Building and managing successful customer relationships

Listening to customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions to make sales

Negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with customers and managers

Achieving KPI and targets, including volume and profit

Cleansing data on the company’s database

Effectively managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for further business
