My client, a returning school, are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator/Officer to join the team in Isleworth.
Position: HR Admin/OfficerHours: 36 hours per week (8.30am – 4.30pm)Location: IsleworthReports to: Head of Human Resources and Professional Development
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Selection: Administer the Schools recruitment process, advertise vacancies, process applications, and set up interviews.
* Documentation & Integrity Checks: Ensure all staff joining undergo necessary integrity checks and documentation processing.
* Pension & Payroll Administration: Manage pension enrolments, payroll documentation, and salary enquiries.
* Data Management: Maintain the HR database and Single Central Record.
* General Administration: Handle office tasks, policy research, and confidential files.
Person Specification:
* Previous HR office and administrative experience.
* Interest in developing a career in HR and willingness to gain a recognised qualification.
* Proficiency in MS Office, and databases.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential enquiries.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Awareness of safeguarding, prevent, and equal opportunities.
Pay rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
