This role will be within our our clean water team that safeguards the quality, reliability, and performance of drinking water across our region. We work across complex network systems,enhancing,maintaining, installing, and repairing infrastructure from pipes to water meters,to ensure consistentlyhigh-waterquality. Through proactive network management and resilient engineering, we help ensure communities have safe, dependable water supplies every day. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As Site Manager you'll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality utility connections projects. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating field teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. We'll need you to support reactive metering activities, fault response, and reinstatement works while carrying out site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance and performance. Safety is our licence to operate. You'll lead by example in promoting a strong health and safety culture, conducting site audits, toolbox talks, and safety briefings, while ensuring all RAMS are understood and followed. You'll also investigate incidents, report hazards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. Working closely with clients, DNOs, and internal stakeholders, you'll help resolve technical challenges, manage resources effectively, and ensure materials, plant, and labour are available to meet programme requirements. You'll supervise operatives and contractors, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism. What youll bring Do you have experience in new connections / metering? Have you got a strong knowledge of reinstatement standards (e.g. NRSWA)? Do you have a solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations? Do you have previous supervisory or team leader experience? Have you got good communication and organisational skills?
