Roles/Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored sales campaigns and proposals. Prepare quotes, contracts, and performance reports aligned with business goals. Monitor and report on sales metrics and progress to senior leadership. Attend trade events and networking opportunities to expand market reach. Qualifications Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management. Background in construction, electrical services, or compliance/testing is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Organised and detail-oriented with good analytical ability. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings. Able to pass background checks as required.
