Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Ensure guest needs and requests are addressed efficiently and effectively.
* Take ownership of refreshment hubs and micromarkets.
* Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all guests.
* Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure smooth flow of operations and support an inclusive and safe working environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Passion for food and/or customer service.
* Enthusiasm for working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective.
* Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
* Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
