Site Manager – HV Substations, BESS & Supergrid Transformers Location: UK-wide (travel required) Contract Type: Permanent or contract Integra are supporting a leading Independent Connection Provider (ICP) specialising in the installation, testing and commissioning of high-voltage electrical infrastructure up to 400kV. Delivering complex substation, BESS and renewable energy projects, including supergrid transformer installations, across the UK. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of HV substation, BESS and supergrid transformer projects, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role requires regular UK-wide travel to support projects at different stages of delivery. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations on HV substation, BESS and supergrid transformer installations * Coordinate site activities including civil interfaces, transformer delivery, rigging, installation and energisation readiness * Ensure all works comply with CDM 2015, HVSS procedures, and client standards * Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, daily briefings and permit-to-work activities * Oversee subcontractors, direct labour and specialist HV contractors * Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved RAMS, programmes and quality pl...
