Are you passionate about cooking and producing great tasting food you are proud of, but working sociable hours? We are looking to recruit an experienced Cook to join our Food & Beverage Team at an exciting time as we expand our existing food offer. You will have an exceptionally high standard of cooking and baking for high visitor numbers. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and approach to food handling, to ensure the safe and good management of the kitchen areas. If you feel you have what we need and are looking for a role with work life balance working predominantly daytime hours then we are waiting to hear from you. Flexible approach to hours is required working seasonally to meet the operation of the museum. Hours are on a rota basis working up to any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. The role offers sociable hours, predominately day time hours with occasional evening work, therefore if you're looking for a Cook role with sociable hours and no-splits shifts this could be the ideal role for you.
