???? What You'll Do:
As a key player in the HRIS team, you'll be the go-to expert for Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and design. You'll work closely with global HR teams-Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and more-to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient HR solutions.
???? Your Mission:
1. Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, and more.
2. Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems to meet evolving business needs.
3. Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless user adoption.
4. Build reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.
5. Develop integrations and HCM Extracts using fast formulas.
6. Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes.
???? What You Bring:
7. Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (especially Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting).
8. Strong grasp of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes.
9. A knack for problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
10. Bonus points if you've used AI to streamline internal operations!

11. Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
12. Solid track record in HRIS or HR application development.
