Trust People (HR) Manager
Salary from £45,000 dependent upon experience
Full Time, permanent role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive support as part of the Central Services team. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your HR skills as well as honing your leadership skills whilst making a real difference to staff and young people.
With the support of our Executive team and in partnership with our central services team, you will play a key HR role to the portfolio of six schools in our Trust, in which we employ 650 staff. The role entails providing a full range of employee relations advice, undertaking case project work and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures. As People Manager you will be responsible for the Trust’s central People Team and will take a strategic and leading role in line with our people strategy. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience in a forward-thinking environment and to put your strong HR skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional and friendly environment. For a person with the right skills and attributes, there is the opportunity to grow into the role as a senior leader within our Trust.
