We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Advice and Support Service, working alongside HR Business Partners to deliver high‑quality HR advice to schools and services across County Durham.
This is a full‑time role (37 hours), term time plus 2 weeks, focused on supporting education settings through a paid‑for HR service.
Key highlights of the role:
* Providing practical HR advice on employee relations, attendance, performance and change
* Supporting schools with restructures, governance and complex HR matters
* Building strong relationships and delivering a consistent, customer‑focused HR service
* Attending some evening governing body meetings
We’re looking for someone with CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) and experience providing operational HR advice, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
