Job Summary
RGF is delighted to be hiring experienced Employment Lawyers with or without their own client following.
What We're Looking For
* Desire to work remotely: Our Work From Anywhere policy is the cornerstone of our firm.
* Experts in their field: Minimum of 8 years PQE and the ability to run your matters independently.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: The desire to build your own practice with our support.
What Makes us Different
* Client Generation: We provide at least 10 new client leads directly to you each week. You simply convert them into paying clients!
* Lucrative Fee Sharing: Our consultant lawyers retain between 70% to 90% of the fees they bill for self-generated clients and 50% of the fees for RGF generated clients.
* Client Referral Fee: Refer a client to another RGF consultant and get paid each time the client is billed for as long as you remain a consultant at the firm.
* Team Billing: Want to build a team of handpicked, trusted lawyers around you? You can! And you get to benefit from your team’s billing if you employ them.

What We're Not
* Your Traditional Law Firm: We don’t have expensive fancy offices; we don’t have a hierarchical partnership structure; and we don’t expect you to spend hours per week in management meetings and then still hit billing targets.
