Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and guide potential buyers through show homes and development, providing a first-class customer experience
* Support clients through every step of the homebuying journey, from enquiry to completion
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity, including checking listings on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla
* Provide regular feedback on competitor pricing, incentives, and marketing campaigns
* Contribute ideas for local marketing initiatives and promotional events to boost enquiries and footfall
* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in new home sales
* A genuine interest in property and a proactive approach to selling
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and a well-presented, professional manner
* Willingness to work weekends and travel to development sites as required
