Responsibilities
* Motivating your branch team to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
* Track and review sales performance and lead your team to hit targets and performance indicators to create a high‑performance culture.
* Develop, coach and train staff to aid their career development and progression.
* Develop innovative ways to increase sales and customer engagement.
* Take overall accountability for the branch.
Qualifications
* Leadership experience within sales or customer‑focused environments is essential.
* Previous travel branch experience is essential.
* Confident, sociable and vibrant personality.
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
