VEHICLE SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST Key Responsibilities - Manage the full customer sales journey from initial enquiry through to handover - Sell vehicles, finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products - Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals - Deliver a consistently high level of customer service - Work towards sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance - Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal sales processes Candidate Requirements - Minimum 1 year's sales experience within the automotive industry - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results - Strong communication and customer service skills - Confident, professional, and well-presented - Financially aware with the ability to discuss finance and add-on products - Positive, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team Working Hours Full-time position, with weekend work expected as part of a dealership sales rota.
