Job Title: Behaviour Learning Mentor
Protocol Education is seeking experienced Behaviour Learning Mentors to work with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour. These roles are available immediately and may vary across different positions.

2. Previous experience working with children is essential.
3. Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
4. Ability to work with children on a 1:1 or group basis across different ages and abilities.
5. Collaborate with school staff and follow existing behaviour plans to improve pupil behaviour.
6. Build supportive relationships with pupils to serve as a mentor and role model, enhancing their attainment.

Full-time and part-time roles are available.

Pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
