Location:TeessideSalary: Up to £29,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £65,000

The Role
* Manage the full customer journey from enquiry to reservation
* Deliver excellent customer service on site
* Qualify buyers and secure reservations
* Promote optional upgrades and recommended services
* Review local market activity and competitor developments
* Work weekends and bank holidays with days off during the week
About You
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Confident communicator with excellent organisation
* Computer literate
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
* Property or new homes sales experience advantageous but not essential
