What you'll be doing
* Defining and leading the
3-year growth plan
for People Development.
* Designing and refining innovative
learning and OD propositions
that meet evolving client needs.
* Leading
business development and high-value technical sales
opportunities.
* Building lasting
client relationships
and representing NFP at events and in thought leadership.
* Providing
light-touch delivery
(facilitation, coaching, consultancy) and ensuring quality across our programmes.
* Leading and inspiring a
small but mighty internal team
and associate network.
* Collaborating across our wider business to deliver joined-up talent solutions.
About you
We're looking for someone with deep expertise in leadership and people development, who combines
strategic vision with hands-on delivery
. You'll have a proven track record of leading L&D or OD strategies, experience in business development and client consulting, and a strong commercial mindset. Most importantly, you'll bring curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping people and organisations thrive.
