I am currently looking for an experience 'Service Desk Manager' to join a client of mine in London. This must be an Service Desk Manager who has experience working as a Service Desk Manager for an Managed Service Provider. This candidate must be highly customer driven/focused but also with brilliant technical knowledge to support the engineering team.

* People Management: Strong ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a multicultural context.
* Team Building: Successful history of building and nurturing high-performing customer service teams.
* Commercial Acumen: Commercial awareness, including budgeting and service value recognition
