We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the in-house catering team within B&S community hospital, Aviemore.
You will be in charge of the kitchen ensuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to and will provide training and development to the kitchen staff on all food safety management systems and the food in hospital policy.
Applicants should:
* Be trained to Rehis Intermediate food hygiene level;
* Have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative;
* Be educated to city & guilds 706/1 or SVQ equivalent;
* Be well educated and of a smart appearance;
This is a part-time permanent post of 30 hour post, to be worked between the hours of 0730 & 1830 (5 days over 7) and may also include weekend working in accordance with service requirements.
