Responsibilities
* Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Carry out general maintenance and keep work areas clean and organised
* Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively
* Operate basic machinery and tools in line with safety protocols
* Support team members across construction or manufacturing activities
* Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
Requirements
* Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks
* Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
* Basic understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
* Good communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions
