HR Recruit is looking for an experienced HR Administrator for a 3‑month temporary contract to cover a period of sickness. The role is office‑based, 35 hours per week, and may be extended.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries within the organisation.
* Complete and maintain employee records securely.
* Keep internal databases up to date with sickness, maternity and other relevant data.
* Amend and update HR documentation such as contracts of employment and recruitment guides.
* Support payroll activities, e.g., provide holiday or sick day information.
* Liaise with external stakeholders and ensure all relationships and communications are legally compliant.
* Help with general administrative tasks such as arranging travel and processing expenses.
* Review company policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements
* Previous experience working within HR.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Well‑developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
* Experience in communicating via telephone, face‑to‑face, online meetings and email.
* Knowledge of handling confidential information securely.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work under own initiative.
Salary: up to £30,000 for the contract period.
