Head of Estates - (6 Months FTC)
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Estates to lead operations across a large residential Build to Rent development in the Midlands.
This is a site based leadership role responsible for overseeing the estate and common areas, ensuring high operational standards, compliance and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the on site estates team
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
Manage contractors and service partners
Ensure full health and safety compliance
Monitor budgets and service charge expenditure
Act as the main operational contact for stakeholders and clients
Support delivery of projects, defects management and estate improvements
Requirements:
Strong estates or facilities management experience
Residential or BTR experience preferred
Proven team leadership and contractor management skills
Confident managing stakeholders and operational performance
Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
This role is offered on a 6 months fixed term contract with an immediate start preferred.
