You will oversee a diverse portfolio of challenging and engaging projects, typically ranging in value from £1 million to £15 million
Performance Objectives
1. Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standards.
2. Upholding all health, safety and environmental requirements across the site.
3. Ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standard of quality and contribute to an exceptional overall site presentation.
4. Effectively controlling all site-based activities with strong knowledge of development requirements, company procedures and compliance.
