BDS are working with a housing association in South Manchester to recruit a housing and safeguarding manager to work with a local team to support vulnerable tenants to address issues such as tenancy breakdown risk, domestic abuse, mental health, social isolation and poverty. The post holder will work to enhanced customer experience through delivery of an efficient and effective service, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and best practices that enable greater customer voice and support aspirations ensuring excellent value for money.
