Looking for a temporary HR administrator to join the trust on an immediate start basis. BAND 3. Client Details A trust in the Crawley area. Description Provide general administrative support to the Employee Relations team. Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, hearings and interviews, including diary management and room bookings. Prepare and issue standard letters, documentation and meeting packs. Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ER case spreadsheets. Assist with logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system. Support with the transcription service bookings and team meeting logistics. Liaise with managers and staff regarding meeting arrangements.
