We’re looking to add an experienced recruiter to the team as demand across the U.S. market continues to grow.
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience in agency or search recruitment
* Background recruiting into engineering, software, or technology roles
* Experience working with startups or small businesses
* Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes
* Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
* Commercially minded and delivery-focused
The role
* Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Manage roles from brief through to offer and start
* Develop and maintain a strong network of relevant candidates
* Contribute to standards, ways of working, and team performance
* Develop your personal brand to be the go-to person within your vertical.
