Quality Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Quality Manager who wants to lead from the front, influence site standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced food manufacturing / fresh produce environment.
THE ROLE
You'll take ownership of the Quality Management System, leading the QA function and working cross‑functionally to ensure products are safe, compliant and right first time.
* Developing and maintaining robust quality management systems
* Leading, coaching and motivating the QA team
* Driving compliance with BRC, customer and food safety standards
* Conducting audits and ensuring the site is always audit‑ready
* Investigating quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions
* Analysing quality data and trends to support continuous improvement
* Delivering training and guidance across site to embed quality culture
* Working closely with suppliers and customers to maintain high standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager within food manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of food safety, BRC and quality systems
* HACCP qualified with audit experience
* A confident leader who can engage, influence and challenge
* Experience of leading and managing a large team
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
