Your role as an Sales Executive is all about building strong, lasting relationships with instructors while promoting the benefits of ADI Network. You’ll:
* Engage with ADIs: Build trust by understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their goals.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping driving instructors grow their businesses, streamline their processes, and achieve their goals—all while contributing to our mission to make ADI Network the go-to platform in the industry.

* Previous experience in account management/sales.
* A proven track record of building rapport and achieving KPIs.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
* The ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively.
* A collaborative attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer journeys.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
* A proactive mindset—always looking for ways to go the extra mile.
Job responsibilities
* Regularly communicate with instructors via phone to understand their needs and address any concerns.
* Accurately maintain account records, including notes on instructor goals, feedback, and potential opportunities.
* Promote the app and its features, ensuring instructors know how to leverage it for their success.
* Assign and sell in driving courses or services to instructors.
* Proactively resolve any complaints, ensuring every interaction strengthens the instructor’s confidence in ADI Network.
* £25,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £35,000 with top earners in excess of £50,000)
* Work-Life Balance: No evening or weekend shifts - 37.5 hr shifts between 8am - 6pm
