The successful individual will play a central role in shaping a positive and people-centred culture and will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR systems and practices. They will also ensure a smooth and supportive employee experience - from on-boarding and development to performance and well-being. The HR Manager will partner with leaders and team members to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, engaged, and empowered to grow. About you: You will be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD accreditation (Level 5 or above) You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and experience including recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development.
